Thank you for choosing Everson Rose Financial & Notary. We strive to provide excellent service and clarity regarding our fees and policies. Please review our refund policy below.

Refund Policy 

All fees for notarization services are non-refundable once the service has been completed. The fee is for the notary's time, expertise, and the act of notarization, regardless of the outcome of the document's use.

Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Notary Appointments: You may cancel a standard appointment without charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance is subject to a cancellation fee equal to the travel fee.

  • Loan Signing Appointments: Due to the extensive preparation required, cancellations for loan signings must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of up to 50% of the signing fee.

No-Show Policy
  • If the notary arrives at the agreed-upon location and you are not present or prepared to proceed with the notarization, it will be considered a "no-show." A no-show will result in a fee equal to the travel fee to cover the notary's time and expenses.

Errors and Omissions
  • If the notarization contains a notary error or omission that is the direct fault of the notary, we will correct the error at no additional cost. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions made by the client or the document's author.
