Our notary services are provided for the purpose of verifying identities and witnessing signatures on documents. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. We are not responsible for the legality or content of the documents you present for notarization.
Appointments and Fees

Booking: All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website or by contacting us directly.

Identification: You must provide a valid, government-issued photo ID for all notarizations as required by state law.

Fees: All fees are listed on our website's Fee Schedule and are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. A separate travel fee applies for all mobile notary services.

Cancellations: We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if an appointment is canceled without sufficient notice.
Remote Online Notarization (RON)

For Remote Online Notarization, you agree to comply with all requirements of the third-party platforms we use, including Bluenotary, Onenotary, Snapdocs, and Proof.

This includes providing the necessary technology and identification for the digital process.
Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Everson Rose Financial & Notary, its employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services.
Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where the services are rendered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to These Terms
